Life in the new BC interior

In 2017 & 2021 I was evacuated for weeks for fires that burnt to within 2 kms and 500 m from my home. The beautifully balanced climate and ecologies we have known are no more. It is heartbreaking and frustrating but, like people who persevered through WWII we need to keep fighting, as every bit of methane & CO2 avoided, makes a difference to the tipping points we are rapidly approaching. We are blessed to live in one of the most naturally beautiful and clean places in the world. Let's protect what we can of what is left: don't give up - double-down.
