I started my life in the Greater Vancouver Area in 2010. over the past 15 years, I feel there has been significant change in the pattern of rainfall in the area. When I first got here, I remember rain as drizzles that lasted forever. You didn't really need an umbrella for that. But in recent years, I feel that there are more and more heavy rainfall that comes and goes quickly. The ones that can lead to small (sometime large) floods.
